The new management is putting lot of efforts to make the apartment better look. Also they are very responsive and react immediately. Overall it's an awesome apartment to stay.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe move in was relatively smooth. I really like how the park turned out after having closed the walkways and access to the fountain. I was positively surprised with the dog park - unfortunately not all dog owners pick up after their dog, but that is not fault of the community. I wish the bicycle storage room would open soon.

Staffs are very cordial and respectful to the tenants.Grocery stores ,Restaurants are very nearby.Apartments are very spacious. The scenic view from balcony is outstanding.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience here has overall been very good. There have been some mishaps but nothing awful. Management has always been quick to assist anytime I’ve had any issues. I still find the complex in a very convenient location. It’s a quiet community.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI moved in a week ago and so far so good People on the office are always responsive and helpful, and the maintenance guys I’ve met so far have been the same. I think it would be helpful to throw together a little paperwork to hand new residents when the move in with everything they need to know - as it’s taken a bit to figure everything out ask the questions I realized I needed answers to package delivery, setting up the intercom, needing a 5 bill to purchase a laundry card, how utilities are paid, how recycling works, etc. . I’m always able to get an answer or explanation but it definitely could have been more efficient if I was given all the information right off the bat.
So far seems like a great community though, and I am happy to be here.

If you are new to this city i will recommend this apartment. Sometime management is not responsive but otherwise everything is good.
