I truly appreciate the little things they do for the community—it makes a noticeable difference and shows they care. The atmosphere feels welcoming and well-maintained. My pets absolutely love the dog park, and it’s such a nice bonus to have a space where they can run and play safely. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

The administrative team provided the lease documents electronically, allowing for a mostly digital process. However, the exact unit assigned was ready only two days before my lease began, which caused some anxiety regarding scheduling movers.
Upon arrival, the unit was generally clean, but it was clear that a deep cleaning had not occurred. There were paint splatters on the baseboards and dust inside the pantry. However, the maintenance staff was prompt in addressing these, sending a team to clean and touch up the paint within 48 hours of my move-in inspection. The leasing staff was very friendly, offering a complimentary welcome kit cleaning supplies, coffee which was a thoughtful touch.
